Usage:

(1) Wet the eyeliner brush in water and then squeeze out all of the excesses, leaving it just damp enough to easily absorb the powder.

(2) Dip the eyeliner brush into the powder. Obtain a solid brush coating without too much excess.

(3)Starting at the inside corner of the eye, run the brush over the top of the eyelid.
