How to operate:

Step 1:Pick your vegetable, cut off the ends of the vegetable,make it easy to operate. The stainless steel cutting blades are strong enough to spiralize,even the harder root vegetables and fruits are suitable.

Step 2:The food holder has sharp teeth to keep veggies and fruits in place. Press one end of the vegetable into the food holder, and push the other end against the center of the blade

Step 3:Turning the rotating handle clockwise, you can do you job with your kids. Let your kids have a turn spinning the Spiral Cutter handle,you can do some vegetable noodles together.
