2. This battery case do NOT support CarPlay through lightning connection.
3. This product is NOT designed for screen protection, please use screen protector if necessary.
4. Just take off the top cap of the case first, then you can slide in or out your phone easily without broking the charging connector. Please do NOT lean the phone at a huge angle when remove it.
5. Press the ON-OFF button backside for 2 seconds to turn the battery case ON or OFF and check the remaining battery capacity.
6. Use MFI certified or original charging cable to charge and sync for better performance.
