IV Organic White-Wash is an OIL-FREE effective & natural formula, containing ALL organic ingredients, for reducing the risks of trunk, branch & foliar damage caused by Summer sunburn as well as Winter sunscald (bark damage caused by warm days followed by freezing nights). Apply to your trees and shrubs, (such as Fruit Trees, Ornamental Trees, Roses & Shrubs) non-toxic, environmentally safe & organic. This product has the added benefits of organic garlic and cinnamon powder! BRUSH-ON DEFENSE: Apply IV Organic Tree Guard Paint to provide a shield against the suns harmful rays that cause sunburn during the hottest summers day-- as well as sunscald which is caused when the temperature abruptly rises too high during the cold winter months. Both Sunburn and Sunscald cause the tree's bark to crack and/ or die-- resulting in additional stress which get compounded by insects and parasites that enter the barkless wood-- an invasion that will ultimately shorten the tree's life. FOLIAR SPRAY DEFENSE: May also be used to make a total plant, including foliage, sun screen spray, by diluting 1-2 teaspoons of the prepared 'brush-on' solution, per gallon of water. Ideal application at time of transplanting plants and trees & times of extreme heat. Can also be used to cool off plants treated with horticultural pest control oils, as oils tend to intensify the sun's rays that may increase the risk of sunburn. TREE PASTE DEFENSE: Add less water (1/4 cup-pint size; 2 cups- gallon size) to contents to make a tree paste for coating your grafts, pruned & damaged surfaces.
