Using Method:

Step 1:Clean your shoes and keep them dry
Step 2:Adjust the position until you feel comfortable
Step 3:Remove plastic backing
Step 4:Stick the pads to the shoes.

Note: If they are used for several days and the adhesive is not as sticky please remove the heel pad and rinse it with water, leave it out to dry the they can be reused again.
