Because our Velvet Eye L'uxe eyeliners are exceptionally rich and velvety, the skin's natural oil production can interfere with the product's staying power over time. For extended wear, prep the eye area with a touch of foundation or concealer followed by a light dusting of pressed powder, loose powder, or eye shadow. This allows the liner to seamlessly glide over the eye while grasping onto the powder, which provides ultra-pigmented, long-lasting color. After the eyeliner has been applied to your desired intensity, you have a 50-minute window to blend and shape the liner as desired. After 50 minutes, the product will fully set and remain in place for hours.
