Simply peel from the sheet, and stick them securely to the existing care label, and they will withstand normal washing and tumble drying. Measuring 1/2" x 1" (12 x 23mm), They also make a great multi purpose label for use with any items, not just clothing! Available in a choice of designs and fonts, you can add up to three lines of text, with 12 characters per line.
