 The insols is designed for wider, high volume shoes, such as work boots, basketball  shoes,running shoes,casual shoes ,dress shoes and so on

2.Do I need to remove the soles of my shoe To replace with this insole?

3.How long can they last?

 In general, it can be used for more than two years

4.How do you clean them? Can you put them in washing machine?

 Spot clean with a mild detergent. Not machine-wash
