Fat Plants San Diego is pleased to offer the beautiful echeveria Perle von Nurnberg hybrid succulent plant. A full rosette of soft grey-purple leaves with deep pink highlights which appear dusted in powdery white. Bright, showy, coral flowers cover red racemes in the summer. Many of these flower stems will reach a foot in height and attract hummingbirds. This evergreen is tolerant of heat and drought and dust best in bright areas, partial to mostly sun. Full sun can cause sunburn. Zones 9 - 11 but will do well indoors as long as it is in a bright place. Echeveria 'Perle Von Nurrnberg' is said to be a cross between Echeveria gibbiflora 'Metalica' x Echeveria elegans, by Richard Graessner of Perleberg, Germany in the 1930's.
