These Falcon brand 50 mL high clarity polypropylene centrifuge tubes have a conical bottom and come sterilized in a pack of 25. The flat top polyethylene screw caps provides a leak proof seal and makes for easy one handed operation. The polypropylene is chemically resistant to alcohols and mild organic solvents (not recommended for extraction procedures). The conical design fits most standard floor model table top centrifuges, including many bio-hazard contained models.
