HOW TO USE

1. Soak the BRIGHTLIVING Wet Stones for sharpening knives in water for 5 minutes, then put it in the silicone stone holder and into the non-slip bamboo base
2. Use #1000 coarse grit (blue) side first to grind and sharpen gently for 15 minutes using the angle guide
3. Then use #6000 fine grit (white) side to hone and polish for 10 minutes using the angle guide
4. Keep applying some water on BRIGHTLIVING WetStone to keep it cool. No oil is required to be used with this WaterStone
5. After honing, clean the knife with wet cloth or water, then dry it
6. Use a soft brush or cloth to clean the Water Stone, then put it in a ventilated place to dry
