Solar Pool Supply solar collectors are among the most durable, high performing panels on the market. Not All Plastic is Created Equal

Unmodified polypropylene has a high rate of degradation from UV exposure. Each absorber plate of a Solar Pool Supply collector is made from a propylene copolymer with synergistic antioxidants and UV screen including carbon black. These special additives, coupled with state-of-the art manufacturing techniques, substantially increase the material's resistance to UV light. This process is more expensive to produce, however is vital for creating a panel that is able to withstand harsh conditions for many years.

Performance By Design

A "tube and web" design allows for normal expansion and contraction, extending life expectancy (also today's highest performing). A direct, metered manifold delivers a balanced flow through the collector preventing hot-spots. Compatible with any solar pool heater containing a round 2.0" I.D. (inner diameter) header manifold and makes attachments with a rubber coupling.
