USE THE RIGHT SIZE: please follow our size charts. (see pictures) Measure 4 inches (10cm) above the kneecap, slightly bending your knee. 

S: 12"-14" (30-35 cm)

M: 14"-17"(35-42 cm)

L: 17"-19" (42-47 cm)

XL: 19"-21" (48-55 cm)

XXL: 21"-24" (55-62 cm)

PROPPER USE: Use it when active. Sitting with your knees bent may constrain blood circulation. for less active use we advise buying a larger size.
