The SunSetter + PLUS GEN2 PAR36 size replacement LED Taxi/Recognition bulb is engineered with industry leading CREE XP-E LED chips which provide incredible luminous efficacy (lumens/watt) so they draw a fraction of the power of the outdated incandescent, while providing a stunningly bright light. Fitted with a 45 degree X 15 degree "linear flood" beam lens, this high performance LED PAR 36 will effectively illuminate the area forward of the aircraft as well as the peripheral areas otherwise unlit by standard landing light beams. GUARANTEED Drop-in replacement for all Halogen/Incandescent PAR 36 size lamps *Substantially brighter than the old style 100watt bulbs with a fraction of the current required. Leave these LEDs on in all phases of flight to dramatically improve safety due to ease of recognition. SPECIFICATIONS: 45° horizontal ~ 15° vertical "linear flood" optic; accepts 9-32 volts DC, 1.57amps @ 14vdc 0.79amps @ 28vdc. INSTALLATION: Lamp utilizes the exact same 8-32 SAE machine screw terminals as the original lamp, so installation is seamless and is a TRUE DROP-IN REPLACEMENT for the original sealed beam bulb.
