Press the ON/OFF key to open the neck massager pillow function with heat.Press the ON/OFF key again, switch to reversing modePress the ON/OFF key for 3 seconds, back massager is only kneading without heat.Press the ON/OFF key one more times, turn off the back massage pillow.
