Shungite stone is not toxic, in most cases does not cause side effects. It can be used with other drugs, or cosmetics. Shungite contains natural fullerenes which are powerful anti-oxidants and in lore many people have used water that has been purified with these stones to help with burns, cuts, callosities, and other ailments.

As a natural carbon based stone they may leave a completely natural "residue" when initially handled which is fine carbon from where the stones were naturally broken during mining and they are still covered in a thin layer of carbon dust since they have not been washed.

Before first use, rinsing with running water in a fine sieve. 100 grams per 1 liter of water, leave for 1,5 - 2 hours.
