FAQ:
HDD is not recognized by the Computer
-New or old HDD may not be initialized or formatted(if there is data on the hard drive, please backup it in advance)
-There is unallocated space on the hard drive

Note:
- The bottom of the hard disk case is provided with a fixed 3.5 inch hard disk screw hole, and the hard disk is inserted more firmly and is more convenient to carry.
- If you need to install a 2.5" hard drive（the screw holes will not line up on the 2.5" hard drive）, maybe need to use something to fixed it in place. (Such as: tape)
- In order to avoid data loss, please click "Safely Remove Hardware" icon on your PC first then unplug it.
- LED light on the top indicates Power and Activity status.
