2. A thick phone case may interfere with magnetism of this car phone mount; and some unsmooth cases may not work well with the air vent car mount.
3. This air vent mount may not compatible with some round or vertical car vents.
4. It is suggested to place a metal plate between phone and its case instead of adhering it directly on the back of phone.
