How to Pair:
1. Before using the headset, please use the USB charging cable to fully charge it first(about 2 hours)
2. Press the power button of the headset for 5-6 seconds or longer until you see the blue-red light blinking alternately it will automatically enter pairing mode
3. Make sure your phone's Bluetooth function turned on, search headset model (M20) on it
4. Select the Bluetooth model and connect, enter code 0000 if required

How to Connect two phones:
1. Pair the first mobile phone, then power off both of Headset and turn off first mobile phone's bluetooth function.
2. Turn on the headset again (Long press 5-8 seconds, make headset pairing mode), pair with second mobile phone as normal.
3. Turn on the Bluetooth function of your first phone, the headsets will connect the first phone again. Then 2 mobiles connected.

Common problems:
1.NOT PAIRING: Please check if the headset under pairing mode? (Press and Hold M button for 5-8 seconds to power on, under pairing mode until blue red light flashing)
2.NOT CHARGING: Please kindly check if you are charging correctly, if the earphone is completely out of power, it may take longer time to be fully charged

Remarks of Volume Control:
Consider it's a compact sized bluetooth, there is NO Volume Control button on the earpiece, all the volume of music or calling will be controlled by mobile phones.
