Description:

This madeleine pan has 12 shell cup ,it is perfect for french madeleine cake.

This shell Madeleine cake pan is made of carbon steel and features nonstick coating for easy food release and clean-up.

The pan is suitable for the oven temperaure of -4-446℉.

Please note that the shell cup size is deep and large not small size.

the pan is not suitable for fire,washing machine.

Clean Tips:  Don't use the abrasive Brush to clean the pan.

         Do not put the pan in the dishwasher.

         Don't soak the pan in the water when cleaning.

         After cleaning,make sure drying the pan with oven as soon as possible.

Care：The non-stick Pan needs regular maintenance before baking.

How to maintain:

Brush butter or oil on the surface of the pan, then put into oven in 300℉ for 5 minutes. 

Then wipe tissue paper ,Then you can bake normally.
