To get the accurate size that will fit you the best, please measure the circumference of your thigh 4" (10 cm) above the center of your knee cap and refer to these sizes: SMALL 14.5-17" (36,8-43,1 cm), MEDIUM 17-19.5" (43,2-49,5 cm), LARGE 19.5-22" (49,6-55,9cm).
