Does it make lond sound?
Yes. When it grinder, it make loud sound.
You could schedule the proper time to use it to avoid disturbing your daily life ,since it need to grind the beans with a high speed, it naturally make loud sound and we will improve that gradually.

Why it just make sound but don't grind?
Please kindly wait for 3 minutes.
Actually when you could hear the sound, it is grinding.
When you hear no sound, it is going the other steps.
The soy milk maker needs 5 step to produce the soy milk.
And there is a ciracle, so you will hear the sound intermittently.

It shows "E2"on the control panel and stop working.Why?
Usually, when the machine was over-temp, the machine will stop working out of safe protection.
Please don't add hot or warm water or juice into it.
And when it shows "E2", put the beans out to make it cool down and try it again.

The soy milk is not proper for kids less than years old, if necessary, please check if there is little bean dregs or shell.
