This is the only Organic Fractionated Coconut MCT (Medium-Chain Triglyceride) Oil available in the industry. What sets this Organic Fractionated Coconut Oil apart from other fractionated carrier oils is the extraction method. It is extracted using a USDA NOP (National Organic Program) process that does not use chemicals or heat to separate certain chains of fatty acids. This process refines, clarifies, and deodorizes the oil. Organic Fractionated Coconut Oil will always remain liquid regardless of temperature. It will not solidify.

SHELF LIFE The shelf life is at least 2 years and is probably more under proper storage conditions (cool, out of direct sunlight). Refrigeration is not needed.
