Simply remove the oil pressure sending unit near the oil filter (or transmission pressure unit on transmission) and install the tester in the threaded hole using one of the included threaded adapters. This kit is complete with adapters for most engine and transmission applications from 1/8-inch to 3/8-inch including NPT male and female ends and 90-degree elbow fittings. The pressure gauge has a dual scale range of 0-500 PSI and 0-35 bar.
