For thinner (⅜"- 1") and narrow (4"- 6") tail shapes, the original Tail Guard is recommended. The Tail Guard functions as a soft "shock absorbing guard" that protects the tail of the board and you from dings. It will fit most squash, round pin, diamond, and swallow tails with "hard edges."
