New Buckle System
The rolling pin allows the band to easily shift through the buckle for rapid application while the grip teeth bite into the band for firm fastening. This design shifts more of the tightening force onto the steel buckle, dispersing the forces between both the Velcro band and the friction adapter buckle. Extra strength for emergency and trauma situations.
The Windlass Rod
Crafted from High-Grade Aluminum, the windlass rod features texturing for easy gripping while tightening the device.
A Shortened Tether
‘Tether’ refers to the material that links the windlass rod to the tourniquet band. A shortened tether results in rapid tightening of the device without having to turn the windlass multiple times with your hand. This stands the product apart from counterfeit cat tourniquets.
