In one of his last recordings with the Czech Philharmonic, Jir¡ Belohl vek conducts a heartfelt performance of Smetana's set of symphonic poems: M  Vlast (My Homeland). Performed by musicians with an innate understanding of the music of their homeland, this recording is the first album release from the Czech Philharmonic and their much-loved Chief Conductor, Jir¡ Belohl vek, following his passing in May 2017.
