Stay-put matte formula with a smooth, velvety, non-drying texture. Rotate stick no more than one half inch above rim, then gently stroke on lips. Can be worn alone or with lip shimmer. If used with gloss, blot with tissue first, then apply gloss. Use with Perfect Lip Pencil to keep color in place.
