How to Replace the Batteries:- Remove the On/Off button at the top of the pen by turning it counter clockwise.- Turn the pen upside down and gently tap until the old batteries come out.- Insert (3) new LR44 batteries with the + sign facing up. - Screw the On/Off assembly back on.How to Replace the Ink Cartridge:- Remove the pen assembly by pulling on the pen tip below the thin lower silver ring.- Unscrew the ink cartridge at the top by turning counter clockwise and remove.- Screw in the new ink cartridge by turning it clockwise.- Press the pen assembly back into the pen body (don't forget the silver ring).
