3.Before using our product,Please pay attention to the following points,
1.Turn the screw of the two sides forword or backward to make it up or down until you feel it is the proper heigh for you.
2.Turn the screw of the back panel clockwise or anticlockwise to tighten or loosen the device to a proper size ,then hook it to make it fixes.
all above under proper size,if the screw control under higher or lower,it cause neck/shoulder pain and stiffness.it also aggravates my middle back and sides (tightness and pain).If lasting more than 20 minutes under above condition,may cause the brain hypoxia, dizziness or headache.
3.Wear this device for 15-20 minutes each time, 3-4 times per day.
4.If Neck Traction Device 3000 cuase irritation,pain or discomfort occurs while wearing this brace,discontinue use and immediately.
