My family and I have been in the Tofu and Soy Milk business for over 40 years. This is the Nigari that we use to make our Nigari Soft Tofu. We have used many different brands in the past, but after the radiation scare in Japan we decided to use only US products. This Nigari is 100% Product of USA so the production methods are held to a higher standard without the risk of radiation and dangerous contaminants.
