Directions
Peel - Tear open foil packet. Remove strip with dry hands and peel away from backing film.
Apply - Looking in a mirror, fit strip, applying the sticky gel side against your teeth. Line up with the edge of your gums and apply gentle pressure to mould the strip securely to the teeth.
Reveal - After 60-120 minutes, peel off strip and dispose properly (use once a day).
