The heavy duty stainless steel smooth rod caulking gun fits 20-ounce sausage/10.3-ounce cartridge/20- ounce bulk of building/glass sealant and has an 18:1 thrust ration for use with medium to high viscosity materials such as silicone, acrylic, adhesives, asphalt, butyl, and cement, which makes adhesive flow more easily and reduces your hand fatigue. The accessories are made of steel and aluminum alloy, all ensure a long lasting durability. 360°rotating handle, allows barrel to rotate for maintaining bead orientation so that meet the needs of different working angles.

How to load the gun with a sausage pack(or cartridge)?
1.Unscrew the front ring cap.
2.Hold the back handle, press the thumb release trigger, and draw the rod all the way back.
3.Slide the sausage pack(cartridge) down the barrel, just right up to the barrel front edge, no need slide into the barrel bottom.
4.Use a scissor to cut a right size opening in the sausage pack.(or cut off the cartridge nipple)
5.Trim the nozzle to the desired angle and size.
6.Place the nozzle inside the barrel edge and screw the cap back on. Now you'are ready to extrude material. You can stop the flow by pressing the metal release trigger with your thumb.

Warm tip: If you want use it wish cartridge or other silicone tube, just loosen the nut on the end of the rod, remove the front blue plastic pusher plate(plunger disc) and only with the metal frame, fasten with the nut again, reassemble the gun barrel back on the trigger handle. Now the space in there allows for the outside of the cartridges to sit down in.
Please clean it out every time after you use the bucket caulk or adhesive. Thanks.
