Recommended Applications:

After a nice hot shower, apply the pad after drying area and leave on for one hour.
While lounging around the house/running errands. (don't exceed 1.5 hours of usage)
You can leave on overnight, however, we don't recommend doing so, because tossing and turning will displace any pad, no matter how sticky or strong.

Q: Do you add cream or product to the pad?
A: No need, just stick it on as is, make sure chest area is clean and dry.

Q: Do you only wear it at night?
A: No, we recommend using it for 1-2 hours a day while lounging/around the house. Leaving it on during sleep is also possible, but this wears out the adhesive quicker.

Q: How many Daily uses will I get out of it?
A: This all depends on how often you use it. if used 1-2 hours a day as instructed, and cared for propoerly, it should last at least 15 days, and a maximum of 31 days.

Q: Do I need to rinse it/clean it after every use?
A: YES - Giving it a quick rinse and air dry after each use is hygenic and clears up any dirt particles it has picked up from your skin.
