Tips: 
1.The wireless charger is incompatible with Apple Watch.
2.To enable the wireless charging correctly. We don't recommend the phone cases which the thickness is more than 2mm. We suggested to be removed if phone case is too thick during charging as it will affect charging or may lead to overheating.
3.There is no metal or other material in the middle of the wireless charger, which affects its work. Please take off the phone case if you have a metal phone case or your case has a metallic coating.
4. In order to maintain fast charging(9V-1.67A) efficiency, it is recommended to use 24W power adapter or output a higher PC USB interface to link wireless charger. If the charge is too slow, please use the above suggestions.
