Soto Primer Touch Up is an interior/exterior primer intended for ultra difficult-to-coat surfaces that would normally not accept conventional paint, like; glossy finishes, fiberglass, glazed surfaces, chalky paints, glass, sinks, tile, PVC, vinyl, silicon, laminate composites, metal or other unique surfaces. Available in 5 colors (order color chart at sotoproducts.com/shop/colorchart to select best match). Apply paint or clear topcoat over primer for maximum durability. INSTRUCTIONS: Ensure surface is clean and free of dirt, dust, grease, oil, loose paint and mildew. Clean entire surface with water and/or mild detergent. Lightly sand paint or other surface before application to ensure proper adhesion. Remove dust. Shake well before use. Apply primer to surface and gently feather away from defect to minimize visual lip of primer and to blend the repair into existing coating. Allow to dry for at least 30 minutes to one hour prior to applying additional coats. IMPORTANT: Follow with color matched paint (try soto paint touch up, available in 9 colors) or a clear top coat that matches the existing coatings' sheen/gloss (try soto clear polyurethane touch up in semi-gloss or high-gloss). soto primer touch up is not rated to be left un-coated. If you know the manufacturer and paint code of the existing paint color, message us to see if we can provide a recommended match WARNING: DO NOT FREEZE! If the product freezes it can impact the paint's chemistry. The product should be liquid, not dried or lumpy. If you suspect the product froze during shipment, contact us for a replacement.
