Usage (Steam Inhaler): Pour or drip liquid into a steam/vapor inhaler. Dilute sufficiently in water to ensure a therapeutic, but not overpowering, experience.

Usage (Nasal Application) Apply the product directly to the nasal passageway. Use a minimal amount, starting with as little as 1-3 drops per nostril. Modify dosage upwards until relief is obtained. Wash application area and hands after use if Menthol scent or sensation lingers.
