Operating instruction&Troubleshooting step:
1.Installation: Slide in your iphone X into the case and insert case's built-in charger to phone charging port
2.Charging: Make sure the case has power before using it.Long press the power button(on back of case) 1 second to power on the case and start charging phone,long press the button 1 second again to power off.
3.Listen to music: Just insert your lighting headphone into case's outside charging port,then play music in your phone
4.Removing: Power off the case first,then push your iphone up parallel by both hands to take phone out
5.Troubleshooting step:
A: Case doesn't charge phone occasionally: remove your phone from case and re-install again to try
B: Lightning headphone doesn't work: check if the case has power,if no power,pls charge the case first. Or remove the headphone and re-install.
C: Cause cellphone Overheat: Stop using the case and contact us for replacement or refund
D: For any other issues you can't solve,please contact us freely for help/free replacement/refund
