Her daughter, Jessica, about to leave for college and her husband, Robert, buried in work, Madison Rhoades decides she will face the next chapter of her life inspired and in shape. She accepts a part-time job as a massage therapist to get out of the house and begins cycling to shed unwanted pounds. Josh McGregor owns a bike shop and is happy to help. Madison quickly discovers she is not the overweight, unattractive housewife she believes herself to be. As new men enter her life, husband Robert takes a renewed interest in her day, particularly the days spent with other men.
