How to clean your menstrual cups

2.Place your Mimacup menstrual cup inside
3.Fill it with water below the hard edge
4.Put the lid on an and place it in a microwave or bain-marie
5.Leave the water to boil for 2-3 minutes
6.Remove it and pour the water out, taking care not to burn yourself
