The Charlotte Swing Set is proudly made in the USA. It is constructed with Premium Preserved Southern Yellow Pine and will provide years of swinging activity and fun. The unique feature of this swing set is the monkey bar with textured powder coated galvanized steel dowels. The climbing tower features a generous 42" wide and 60" deep play platform 5 feet high which is capped with a wooden roof. The tower also has a porch on the platform level. The built in picnic table is located under the platform. Your child can reach the play platform and the 10 foot wave slide by either climbing the access ladder or scaling the rock wall. The access ladder features textured powder coated galvanized steel dowels for a sure grip and the climbing rock wall has 6 plastic "holds" and a knotted rope for additional challenge. The gym also has 3 safety hand grips for added comfort. Each wooden piece is cut to length, drilled and comes ready to be assembled. The factory-applied Sherwin Williams premium stain not only beautifies the swing set but gives all wooden components additional resistance to wood rot and insect decay. Standard equipment includes 2 sling swings and a ring trapeze which comes with plastisol coated heavy swing chains. The package includes all of the hardware, ground stakes and easy to follow step by step assembly instructions. The swing set footprint is 15 ft. x 20 ft. For safety's sake, please allow an additional 6' play perimeter. The Charlotte comes with a ten year limited warranty, to the original purchaser, against wood rot and insect decay. All mechanical and plastic components have a 1 year warranty. This swing set model has been engineered to exceed the voluntary Residential Play Set standards as established by the ASTM in conjunction with the CPSC.
