Bluetooth Connection:
Some customers may find the Bluetooth can't be connected or found. Here is the solution.
1. Power off the M8 and your phone.
2. Wait for 5s and then power on both.
3. If it still can't be discovered, repeat 1 and 2 and it should work.

Troubleshooting:

• Please note that this product is a preamplifier. It is not an amplifier and needs to be connected with an amplifier or active audio devices. Also, it is not a phono preamp and can't work with a turntable. For noise issue:
  1. There is a large probability that the low-quality audio cable causes the static noise.
  2. Please make sure the sound source is fine since tube amplifiers will amplify all sound including the noise.
  3. Please check whether the tubes are plugged well on the tube sockets or not.
  4. Devices like routers, mobile phones will also interfere in the audio signal and may cause static noise.
