Peruvian cuisine has been described as the "ultimate fusion food" and we like to think that this is a perfect description for "El Peruano", which aims to reflect our fine and ancient heritage in our exciting novel blend of native chilis. "El Peruano" is a medium hot blend of whole yellow and panka chilies comprising velvety sweet fresh mangoes. We work with farmers and growers from the best growing zones. Our panka chilies are grown in Barranca to the north of Lima. Our yellow chilies grow in the south near Tacna. We add a splash of honey that we source from the high amazon region of Oxapampa.
