Usage:

1. Start with a layer of 24 Hour Photo Finish Shadow Primer.
2. Apply base color from lashline to brow bone.
3. Press lighter shade onto lids.
4. Blend darker shade into crease and/or use as a liner.
5. Layer to intensify.
