(2) You can Amla to Smoothies, One of the best-tasting ways to get the health benefits of amla.
(3) You can mix Amla powder with Sugar or Heney. ( Avoid this if you have Sugar problem, However antibacterial manuka honey with all of its beneficial properties could be a good option ).
(4) You can add it Amla Powder to a small glass of water, perhaps with some fresh lemon juice for cleansing the digestive system.
