Encasa Homes Silver Metallised Coated Heat Reflecting Padded Ironing Mat is specially made for easy ironing use on a Kitchen platform, Dining Table or Bed. 100% Pure Cotton Silverised fabric is laminated with a 5mm (0.2") heat absorbent polyester foam pad to give a comfortable ironing experience. The thickness of the foam pad is adjusted to give a soft surface and also prevent burning of the table or bed surface. The silicone rubber mat attached to the right hand corner allows you to put down your hot iron flat rather than vertical which considerably eases the movement. It completely eliminates the need of having an ironing board taking up your valuable space, so you can get rid of your existing board also. The Large size of the mat 27" x 20" is perfect for ironing of large garments which are uncomfortable to do on a board. The Mat can be quickly folded or rolled for easy storage, and has a velcro strip to hold the fold (see pictures).
