This was a concession made during the manufacturing process to keep initial costs down and will be addressed in future runs. If you have original Sega CD disk trays you can put into these replacement cases, they WILL lock into the cases. A large majority of people who have purchased are happy with the quality of the case and to finally have a solution to the broken hinge issues of the originals.
