Q: Why the product does not work after a period of use?
A: 1. Make sure the remote control and receiver are fully charged, and can be turned on and off.(The receiver will not turn on when it is completely dead, and the LED indicator will flash twice per second when the battery is low ,in this case, the receiver may not be able to execute commands from the remote.)
2. Select Channel 1 and Channel 2 on the remote control and test if the receiver can work for them.
3. If the above two points are tests completed, verify that only the receiver and the remote control can not be sync, which is most likely due to misoperation that caused them to be disconnected. Q:Why does the dog not react when you use the shock button or even increase to high gear?
A:Refer to page 5 of this manual to confirm that the collar is worn correctly.Hair can affect electrical conductivity ,Sometimes you need to trim the hair around the collar to ensure that both the contact points can touch your dog's skin.(DO NOT shave the hair as this may increase the risk of skin irritation.)
