How Do We Obtain Your Data and Photo for Imprinting on Your ID?
After you complete your purchase, an email is sent to you through Amazon Messaging with a link to register your dog. This registration contains all the data we need to print your ID including the photo of your dog you uploaded during registration. The registration number is not only printed on our badges, but also a QR code with the link to the website to view your unique registration. The QR code allows fast look-up of your registration with just a cell phone photo of the QR code on your card badge. When you register, your registration number will be assigned immediately.
Custom Full Color Holographic IDÂ Cards
Our professionally designed, custom full color, high definition, holographic ID cards are guaranteed to meet your satisfaction. Our ID cards are the same size as a credit card, so you can easily carry them in your wallet or purse or attached with the provided strap to your dog’s harness or collar.
Holographic security seal images are embedded during the printing process, never laminated, so you do not have to worry about delamination of your card with use over time. With a slight twist of the card, you can see the silver holographic, giving your card an unquestionable level of authenticity.
ID cards are TSA Compliant. The front of the card contains all the information on you and your service animal. You may customize your card with optional address and phone number information. The back side has the law and regulations summarized as well as a web address to your unique registration.
Are you required to have a photo ID and/or a vest?
No-The ADA does not require service animals to wear a photo ID tag, vest, or specific harness.Â
- HIGHEST PRINT QUALITY AT 600 DPI - Your professionally designed, full-color, high-definition ID card will be printed using the latest technology, your photo, and text will be transferred to the surface of the lightweight but extremely durable PVC card at 600 DPI and sealed into the PVC composite plastic. Size identical to a credit card (2-1/4” X 3.-1/3”) and imprinted with your dog’s photo, dog and handler's name, dog's registration number, and optionally microchip, address & phone number.
- FULL HOUSING ACCESS PLUS - This Emotional Support ID will reduce the conflicts and challenges from uninformed individuals, allowing your Emotional Support Dog to have access to all housing opportunities, regardless of a "No Pet Policy", per the Fair Housing Act. This ID may also require your doctor’s letter of need.
- QR CODE REGISTRY LOOK-UP & DIGITAL ID - A unique QR code allows the ID to be scanned and the user is redirected to your working dog registration on the U S Service Dogs Registry website. Your data will be entered in the registry, and you will receive a link to your registration and a digital copy, all via email. Digital IDs are sent via email to the address included on your customization form, the business day after your order ships.
- YOUR PHOTO IS EVERYTHING - Be sure to provide an original, full-color, uncropped photo of your working animal. We will edit and crop your photo to fit the IDs format. If the photo that you provide is unsatisfactory, your order may be delayed until you provide a replacement.
- CHECK TWICE BEFORE SUBMITTING - Please be sure to proofread your information as we print exactly what you put in the customization form. We are not responsible for any misspelled names, incorrect addresses, or phone numbers unless it is different than what you submitted.
