Application

Use these flush trimming bits for laminate work or for template and pattern work. For template application, the bearing follows the template, while the cutting edges trim the workpiece. With the router hand held, the template is on the bottom of the work. With a table-mounted router, the template is on top.

The high-density carbide and titanium composition stands up to repeated use and is designed to produce clean, safe cuts every time.

The durable carbide body is Computer Balanced for less vibration and a clean profile.

Ideal for making copies of a master workpiece, it provides a controlled, splinter-free trim on all types of wood and laminates.

Notes

Make sure to keep your bearings lubricated and efficient, the state in which your bearing is determines how effective it will be at laminating the edges of hardwood pieces.

Do not run the router bit too slowly, otherwise they bog down in the material, friction builds up and they can get to hot to be broken.
